Q: Can wax seals go through the mail?
A: Wax seals can go through the mail but do require extra postage. Ask your local post office for a non-machinable stamp.

Q: Do you offer custom stamps?
A: Yes! We love creating custom wax seal stamps for individuals and businesses. If you have a design you'd like to use, you can e-mail it to us. Or we are happy to help with the design, as well. There is a 4-6 week lead time for custom wax seal stamps. Please reach out to us on our contact page

Q: What else can I use my wax stamp for other than sealing envelopes?
A: Wax seals can be used in gift wrapping, product packaging, scrapbooking, wedding décor, and even can be used for stamping baked goods and confections, such as chocolate! Follow us on Instagram or check out our blog for additional inspiration. 

Q: Which wax color should I choose? 
A: If you're having trouble deciding on a wax color, request a wax sample pack via our contact page and we will send you one for no charge. 

Q: How quickly will I get my package?
A: We ship standard ground, add one day of handling time. 

Q: What carrier will be delivering my package?
A: Almost all of our packages are sent via USPS first class or priority mail.
